You could also try Udemy (https://www.udemy.com/courses/Technology) if your boss insists on paying for something and seeing a certificate :-)

You could also try convince your boss to spend that money on a few technology books for the IT team's internal library, or pay for a team subscription to Safari Books Online (http://www.safaribooksonline.com/), that way:

1. You and the entire IT team, can theoretically engage in continuous learning, not just a one off training
2. Your boss can show in his/her budget that he/she spent money on staff training/development

But like someone mentioned here, the greatest motivation to learning is yourself, everything else is icing on the cake.
