[Skunkworks] ICT regulation - How it would affect the future.

Hi, Sorry if u were expecting a well researched long read; Anyway I was just thinking how our future would change if CCK... now celebrating another successful anniversary... were to.. - Ban all phones without internet access, - Make computers and computing a compulsury course / subject, - And others u may add... Would this not be the beginning of a very bright future. Me Maina.
