From the look of things, whenever you have such jobs, there is an option of going to the fundi's in town (none I know in particular) who later on pass these things to the Ngara fundi's where you find alot of these jobs including screen replacement taking place. Naturally, the cost will be much lower if you take it to Ngara yourself. There is a guy I know who has done repair work for a number of people who you can check out. Look around for a replacement screen cost before you do anything, then ask for labor costs. I ended up getting a cheap replacement on eBay and did the replacement myself, still strong till today.****
