It appears being an assistant commissioner of police is not exactly a hard to attain office. Remember the two mercenaries the Arturs? They also had assistant commissioner of police status.

This story is kind of funny. Still, don't understand how its possible.  For one, how can a fake police suck a genuine one? He has to work with HR department, else the sucked officer would keep getting paid.

Seriously, would  anybody happen to know more.  I suspect the guy had a god father within the forces.
