
I would assume that nanosim would not mean limiting which carrier to use but actually get you from being dependent on switchable physical sum, that you will be presented with switching options from within the phone menu. Only thing of debate is whether this will allow for GSM and CDMA to be on one phone. If you travel a lot - think about the cost implications.. you have to depend on your home network,, unless you buy another phone.
Having a phone with changeable simcards i believe gives you many instant options..
