IBM has been using instrumentation and traffic cameras in conjunction with accessKenya to calculate traffic flow, and traffic estimate traffic in other adjacent roads based on some algorithms. They are able to convert the boxes (cars) from the speed cameras into binary data and do their computation.<br>
