[Skunkworks] IEBC election results

I remember there was a download made available awhile back of the election results from IEBC. Does anyone know where this archive might be? The ideal dataset would be the results at the county level in a csv. Something similar to: Baringo, XX,XX,XX,XX The data from IEBC is ridiculously large. Each archive (per constituency.. i think) weighs in at more than .5GB.
