As another skunk has so well put it, the question is somewhat ambiguous.
All the same, if you intend to have your site working *seamlessly* on
all browsers, you really have to test on several browsers.
Now, since we can't test ALL browsers in use, a better way is to test
only the popular browsers.
Once your site plays nice with Chrome, Firefox, IE (shudder!) and
Safari, you may rest easy.
