Probably somewhat a tangent here but thought I&#39;d ask since it is somewhat related - has any of you ever received the tax refund from the excess you pay in taxes? I know if you have a deficit KRA will hunt you down but if you have paid excess, do they ever pay up?<div>

Bottomline you will still pay. through purchase for goods, Services etc....<div><br></div><div>Look at paying for taxes positively...I would advocate for every person to pay from as low as 3000/= to those with billions that way things move.</div>
