I believe ur talking abt "find my iphone". It is a good app but works best for lost phones not stolen ones because a knowledgeable thief can easily disable the app once he steals the phone. Just ensure that you keep your imei number safe. Incase its stolen the police will require the imei number to assist them trace it.
