
These are best sent to Wananchi directly (or Afnog for shaming). Let me know if you need a contact at Wananchi. Keep in mind that the packet drops are because the software rules are overwhelmed. The low level routing (hardware) might not be overwhelmed at all - at least that's the excuse I get whenever I point this stuff out to the ISPs.
