Such people like 'Mwaura' make bad names for Start-Ups !!! Instead of waiting for their business to mature with time and catch a reputation - they grow greedy even on the small customer base they have managed to attract and jeopardize business for other legitimate Start-Ups in the same arena. I dont agree with the argument that 'you get for what you pay' - because bigger businesses have more mouths to feed, and bigger rents to pay.. Smaller businesses can afford to be cheap - even for the same exact product or service.. For example - I buy and pay a skilled somebody to install car-alarms and such like devices at a much cheaper rate and they have served me well for over 2 yrs..
