"Once CHE approves a degree all Kenyan employers are bound to accept them"This statement is incomplete. To say that 'employers are bound to accept them' implies that it is illegal to employ someone from a programme that has not been approved by CHE. This would only be the case if you are hiring in the public sector (public service, civil service, parastatals etc.).
As a private employer, you are free to employ anyone you please though it is in your interest to employ someone from a credible institution. CHE is trying to make the job easier for you but by no means constrains your freedom of choice. CHE is merely a guide but has no liability for your hiring choices nor would you (as an employer) have any obligation or responsibility to CHE for your hiring decisions.
