I'm looking to set up a CRM software whose main purpose is to handle a dentist's offices.
Basically, the dentist in question has offices in Nairobi and Kisumu. The CRM software is meant to track all the clients who vist and maintain their records from the day they first came in to date. It should also be web-based.
Does any of you have an recommendations on what CRM system to use?
