Being interviewed by Biko, he said what sets him apart from competitors is that he always answers his calls, and in case he doesn't, he returns them. Seems a Kenyan thing to expect silence from a business when doing eCommerce with them. Had to call KejaHunt for them to acknowledge they had received payment from me, and were processing my request.
