Now, with queries like this, I'd have thought they'd have a webpage detailing those, with working e-mail contacts and phone numbers. Telstra does
this so well so maybe they can copycat them.
What beats me though, is why Zuku are unable to sort out the problems with their Phone system. I know so many guys in the Kenyan market who can solve their problems by setting up for them a good system, but I thought they were in an upper class, that they could get Cisco/Avaya running to them to setup up a Call Centre kind of facility. Hii ni system gani ya simu wanatunia??
Maybe Communication with Customers is not one of their major concerns?
