Which reminds me of the observation that: If you are on MPESA and I need to obtain your Name (presumably as it appears on the national I.D. card), I simply attempt to send you some money over MPESA (while having insufficient funds myself). The system generated error report will then also churn your details and voila! I get the Phone number and the Name of the owner. Haven't checked of late if this has been looked into though.
