To add to this discussion 1. Many people waited till the last minute to upgrade for strategic reasons. Mainly that they wanted to pay the higher price for only one month and since the world cup runs from 11 June - 11 July they waited until 11 June to pay. However, I believe (although I hope I am wrong) that this strategy is flawed as DSTV packages are valid for 30 days not 31 days. Friday, 11 June 2010 to Sunday, 11 July 2010 is 31 days from the start date to the end date, end date included. So I anticipate many queues on the 11 July as people discover they have been cut off on the day of the final! Or perhaps people will just watch on KBC or go out to watch the final. 2. DSTV staff do not trust their systems. Ask about paying by MPesa, Zap etc they quietly whisper to you "don't risk it - just pay at the counter" -- Pamoja e:daudi.were@gmail.com <e%3Adaudi.were@gmail.com> skype: d.were
