[Skunkworks] Safaricom / orange / google / Android market / tethering

Hey skunk fellows. I need tips how to dual tether my google / android market account to both safaricom and orange conncurrently. As it is now, my phone / android market / google account is tethered to safaricom. Works perfectly. But with constant movement from place to place, I need some way to register safaricom + orange. ssssssh !
