IMO the law is good but the licence to make noise has been made a little easier to obtain. For just 2k you can make as much public nuisance as you so wish. Matatus,preachers can easily afford this. Had the price been put at 50k then we would have had a good law.

Just been watching NTV news and this new law on noise caught my attention according to the reporter even cars that roar are violating the law. so does this mean owners of Subaru and other roaring sports cars are going to have to get licenses to drive them? Anyone??
