MY PROBLEMS HAS BEEN RESOLVED....i uninstalled the previous hp drivers i had installed and plugged in the printer and updated drivers through the internet from device manager . at first i got the error "windows found drivers for your hardware but a problem was encountered while trying to install it "access denied" so i turned of firewall and UAC then rebooted. and i also paused kaspersky for 1 minute...then it eventually updated..

So I have my lines printed...
