@ William, excellent idea. But would like to point out, the reason for using mass media i.e. TV, Radio is because media knows how to package even the most boring concept to appeal to target audience. So, as we go online we still need advise from someone who has been in the media with some experience. I can propose Dennis Kioko in this list. He is a Tech Writer with CIO magazine. And I am sure he can provide good input.
