Again, I think most small or medium business unless pitched in remote parts of the country would opt for FOSS in return for peace of mind(*wondering whether every customer walking through the door is a Microsoft Anti-Piracy agent), they probably don't know much about Open Office because the "computer guy" installs cracked versions of Microsoft Office.
