[Skunkworks] Modem and LAN at the same time on the same machine

Hi team, Is it possible to use modem for internet connections while still using the cable for LAN connections? I require both - LAN for office work but no internet, and modem for internet connectivity. And no, I have no control over the LAN. Am at a client site and their internet access is strictly regulated.
