I am being realistic.<br><br>Mecca talked of talent - &#39;I have received some from some very talented young individuals&quot; - you can never realistically tell talent by just looking at the CV - sometimes. That is what I mean. I must have failed to express myself in a better way. I have interviewed people before, having picked them based on what was on the CV. When it came to the interview proper, I realized that some CVs are made of copy-pasted material. From that time, I realized that I could coin the word &quot;paper tigers&quot; and it holds true, if any of you ever interviewed people. For that reason, I never take papers very seriously. I take the real work seriously. Some will agree with me. Some will not. Such is life:-)<br>
