Personally the look of the website is a distant second in the list of priorities to what one can do with it. I will happily choose an ugly site that allowed me to fill in a police p3 form and have it actioned over a beautiful work of art that still makes me download and print it!

The biggest fault with Kenya’s government website is there poor use of justified text alignment. They also use a crazy color palette to catch your attention which again doesn’t work!

Well, at least ours is way better than Bangladesh, Zimbabwe and Costa Rica but we still have a long way to go.
