apparently "Kenya" and also "Raila" were trending at some point during the day. "Kenya" trending can be largely attributed Al Bashirs arrival and foreign media picking up the story. Most were expecting either "promulgation" or "promfriday" as it was the tag being used for the day. Raila began trending around the time he was giving his speech and at around the same time the number of tweets peaked.
