now that East Africa is a common market, and for those who operate region-wise, shouldn't be a good Idea to have atop level East African Domain e.g. .ea (.co.ea)? And still on the region , since East Africa is a duty free market, why are phone calls to UG and TZ not charged as local Inter-operator calls, but as international ones (ama the customs union was only on the ground?)
