Steve's phone is running WP 7.5. Before the Update while it was running WP7 Sim Toolkit was faulty and barely worked at least as far as the Lumia 800 is concerned. The tool kit on Lumia's works perfectly well after updating to WP7.5 both on the 800 and 900.
So which handset are you using? It could ,though I don't know how, be located somewhere else. Or as Joseph put it "not available via your vender".
On this note short codes except for checking airtime don't work on the Lumia, Its even more faulty while running WP7.5 then it was on WP 7. At least then I could buy data by dialing *544*2*2*1*2*5*2*1# ___________________ Sifa U. Mawiyoo
