Morning,
I’m concerned at the increase of counterfeit and
refilled toners in the market which are barely delivering as they should in
terms of quality and quantity. Would just want to provoke our thoughts on how
we can join hands to reduce if not to eliminate them in the market because at
the end of the day they affect us either directly or indirectly.
I know that these refills form part of our brother and
sisters livelihood but have a feeling that the issue is running out of hand.
Best Regards,
James Kagwe
