Hey guys, Was getting comfortable using this link https://contactcentre.kplc.co.ke/KEIOPEN/ to check my post paid KPLC bill and from last week it has been down. Wondering if KPLC could have pulled it down to force guys to send SMS and make more money in the process. Consumer federation - what do you say? -- Paul Roy.
