@ Odhiambo, some things are rather obvious. They are/were the sole agents for the iPhone and yet it has not translated to any profits for them. If you have an iPhone, I bet its not from Orange. Combining this with the iPhone monopoly would be a gold mine. They don't think so. Their Marketing and branding is top Notch though. But small things like notifying when bundle expires or is exhausted they seem to be unable to implement despite numerous requests. So Mark, you are telling me that Orange has n00bs as VAS Managers/Product Designers or they simply suffer from the type of bureaucracy that bedevils Orange in general? There are political cliques/dynasties which even the French could not manage to break! The same reasons Orange cannot make good use of their CDMA network and their 'advantage' of having been the only 'copper' operators - well, kinda still, until KPLC starts leasing out dark fiber... Orange CS as difficult to work with as Airtel, but Airtel's are the worst.
