<p>Useful but not strictly neccessary:</p>

<li>Experience in a user-facing role such as work at a help-desk or end-user training. </li>
<li>Experience in software deplyoment and customer support scenarios. </li>
<li>Knowledge of a functional programming language such as Lisp/Scheme/OCAML.</li></ol>
