go to facebook and search for 'Kenya-Bikers-Club'.....and budget around 1K per 'CC' onwards....if you go to down james Gichuru road next to Sean garstins there's a motor yard selling bikes. There's also some at the yard as you climb up to get to valley arcade. Also check the noticeboards at Yaya, sarit and village market. I really dont see you getting a good road worthy 400 cc bike or more at less than 300K. also try
