[Skunkworks] curve equations

Skunks and skunkettes, I got sets of data, to be specific electrical energy consumption against time of the day for various residential units in Nairobi. I have so far presented this in line graphs by use of Ms excel and its required of me to come with mathematical equations for this curves.
