i need your advise on this.......
i had gone to setup mails on clients who have their web mailbox hosted by jambo telcom.
i configured the clients on outlook to view and send their emails.however the mails are downloaded to the machines when using outlook and cannot send emails using outlook.
the error message they get is ''error response 421 4.7.0 smtp.jambo.co.ke, too many connections from 41.212.12.184'
incoming mail server:mail.charlestonfreight.co.ke
outgoing mail server:smtp.jambo.co.ke
when i ping the addressess, im able to get a response.
When using the web browser mail.charlestonfreight.co.ke, they are able to send and receive mails...
Incoming and outgoing ports are 110 and 25 respectively...
Im not able to contact either zuku or jambo techicians to assist.Zuku are the one providing internet services.
How can i trace this address 41.212.12.84/
