Anyone have experience with IVR systems? It looks like Safaricom doesn't necessarily provide this service so wondering what solutions exist locally or one that you can recommend based of experience.


I'd love for when there's an incoming all, that the caller hears "For admissions, press 1. For the product 2 office, press 2. For payments, press 3." or something like that ~ And those options redirect to different calls. I've used an AT&T option before (US) where as you were receiving the incoming call it actually warned you before you picked up "incoming cal from :Admissions" 

Anyway something like this would be great, even if the functionality was less sophisticated.
