I can assist you. The guy can pay me at www.payoneer.com then I can withdraw the cash for you from an ATM here if you are in a rush, or if not, you can apply at the website for a debit card which you can accept payments from debit & credit cards. I use it all the time and the monthly charges are also very low. Go and checkout the website, but if you need help right away, I can assist you and you only pay the charges.
