(what they don't tell you is how they will cover for the deficit in revenue) 2. Would allocate more than Sh 2billion to Software Development. (the developers here need to think seriously about who they will vote for! :-)) 3. The 2million jobs that have been repartiated to other countries must be brought back immediately.
