HI contact the host of the site probably they are blocking your public IP
from access. Give them your public IP and you can get that from
http://whatismyip.com

I am 99% sure that is the cause.

think they are willing to suffer losses because they dont like the idea ,
as a business it has to make money so i think they will want to ..and from
