*544# has been congested since Friday, reminds me of a time I couldn't to Safaricom , which wa sa "congested network" but neither could I call to Airtel. They were then kind enough to send me an SMS, informing an important SMS was on the way, which I should follow instructions carefully. The important SMS urged me to dial some number , to take part in a competition held together with Samsung. SMS cost Ksh 25 per SMS I can attest it's quite a great network.
