Yes, it remains "what if", what if never generates revenue! People want a solution that works, currently Sfc has a solution that works n thats the most important thing. So what if a Kenyan invented a robot?
What is the use of 3G internet on Airtel when my idiot couldnt sniff a whiff of it? Btw, I ended up selling it at a profit! Tells you im not porting soon. Airtel n the other smaller players should ask themselves why 78% choose to stay away from them. They'll make it after answering that, not falling over themselves on MNP.
From my market analysis, I see larger customers porting to Safaricom and that will be a travesty to the smaller players.
