Their current measure is that the noise must not be heard from 30
metres from the originating building or vehicle or person - have no
idea how many Db's this is but I think they will stand 30metres and if
they hear you, you are in shit.

So they will be walking with a tape measure, because realistically, it is impossible to argue with the NEMA guys even if you were 100 metres away, they will still claim you were 10 metres away.

What if you are out of the 30 metres range and your voice Db is high?

Exactly how many Db are they targeting, or it's a blanket assumption!
