Dear Client, We regret to inform you that this morning the Seacom international fibre cable experienced an outage, affecting a significant proportion of the international fibre capacity in and out of Nairobi. The outage has been caused by a major fault between Nairobi and Mombasa. We are currently re-routing ALL our traffic through Teams. You will continue to receive service, however we anticipate Slow Speeds and High Latencies during this period. We are awaiting updates about the cause of the outage and the likely timeframe for resolution and will advise you when we have any further information.
