Skills – Working experience of protocol domains of Mobile Money Network/Environment is required, such as knowledge of mobile money protocols ISO, HTTP get/post, HTTPS as well as other known standard protocols like SMPP, Diameter, SNMP, SOAP etc. , Sound Knowledge of M-Commerce(Mobile Money , IN and ETOP-up Systems), Knowledge of Mobile voucher solutions, IN Interface for Airtime top-up , to the Post paid Billing system for bill payment & to KYC system for eligibility criteria, Knowledge of Linux/ Unix, VAS (SMSC, MMSC), Oracle, SQL

Position Profile:
Profile Summary
The candidate will be responsible for MFS Operations, implementation, and Project Management VAS & Mobile Money infrastructure / Service
Position Requirements
Essential:
· Holding a bachelor degree/ Master Degree in Tech preferable BE/BCA/B-Tech/MCA
· Minimum experience of 4-5 year on detailed knowledge of banking application and compliance and maintain mobile money security & Operations in mixed environment like Intelligent Network/Charging Systems, and Value added system, as well as associated services and services deployment
· Experience of protocol domains of Mobile Money Network/Environment is required, such as knowledge of mobile money protocols ISO, HTTP get/post, HTTPS as well as other known standard protocols like SMPP, Diameter, SNMP, SOAP etc.
· Sound Knowledge of M-Commerce(Mobile Money , IN and Etop-up Systems)
· Knowledge of Linux/ Unix, VAS (SMSC, MMSC), Oracle, SQL
· Excellent oral and written communication and inter-personal skills
Preferred:
· CCNA / CCNP Certification would be preferred
· Good Knowledge on IT Network & BSS Systems
Role & Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible to:
· Policy Deployment / Hardening
· Acts as an escalation point for customer support to diagnose and resolve complex application/systems issues
· Exercise judgment within defined standard practice and procedures to analyze application/systems issues to determine the cause of the problem and then collaborate with others to resolve the issue in a timely matter.
· Maintain lab systems used for troubleshooting and testing
· Validate resolution of issues by any means necessary (i.e. replication of problem reported and solution), and analyze solution for accuracy and completeness.
· Recommend changes in support practices, maintenance and standards, and cross-training required to better share support responsibilities across the team and with the solution owners.
· Create process and troubleshooting documentation
· May provide guidance and training to less experienced support personnel.
· Attend on-going training sessions to achieve level of technical skill needed to solve more complex problems
· Effectively communicate with internal and external personnel at all levels of the business.
· Troubleshooting and debugging complex, multi-tier application. Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Windows operating system.
· Experience troubleshooting .NET applications
· Fault diagnosis using MS/Linux/solaris logs/ events
· SQL/Oracle Server database administration and engineering skills
· Excellent analytical, problem solving and debugging skills
· Relay complex technical information/solutions
· Work independently and multi-task
· Ability to work in a team environment, with internal and external customers
· Ability to participate in an on call coverage rotation for after hours, weekend and holiday coverage in a 24/7 operations environment.

· Hand on with IIS web servers , mobile SMS services, Mobile Browser, J2ME Applications
· Experience with Secure Telnet applications [Putty] and Windows Remote Desktop Sharing
· Strong knowledge of FTP processes
· General knowledge on Network, OS , DB and APP security
Managerial:
· Good team player
· Ability to complete tasks within agreed budget, timeframe and quality requirements
· Ability to produce and monitor effective plans and take responsibility for achieving them – by co-coordinating resources, expediting progress and escalating problem issues
