Eric, Safaricom referred someone I know who had a non functional screen to the building that houses the Indian High Commission(I forget the indian name of the building) on the 5th floor. It is on Harambee Avenue opposite Electricity House. I am sorry I also don't remember the exact cost of the screen but it was between kes1500 and 2500 Hope you fix your phone, goodluck.
