We can agree to disagree as to whether Microsoft Engineers are never threatened by FOSS engineers.(Ahem!) Give a small or medium business owner a choice between spending 30K or spending much less for a FOSS alternative(inferior as it may be) - he or she will probably go for the FOSS option given the basic office functions are provided.
