Hi Laban, Yes this is indeed a Google initiative and I applaud them for this great work. I myself did operate a .kbo.co.ke site. It is very easy to operate and maintain for anybody who would like to own a website but don't have the capacity to have and maintain one of their own. Non-Kenyans (individuals and corporations) can register them though. Know where I can get the by-laws? KENIC's website is 'oh so helpful' :)
