[Skunkworks] Looking for a GOOD, no... ALL ROUND website developer

In these times where everyone claims to be a website developer, it's really hard to know any good ones. Some have since formed companies and stopped doing the "small" websites and others are REALLY good but are extremely hard to follow. Any good affordable developers out there looking to add some VERY innovative portals to their portfolio? We're not talking about company websites here, we're talking more of content-driven specialized functionality websites. -- K.K. -- The only reason I can't bring myself to hate or judge anyone is because no one is that important.
