I'm on Africa Online iburst, which is has been epileptic. But this happens at least twice a week, sometimes worse. 2009/4/8 Lmwangi <lmwangi@gmail.com>
Hi all, Has anyone seen any slowdown today? I have three different ISP connections and I am seeing correlated slowdowns and speed ups for intl traffic. Anyone else or is this a fluke?
